Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Requirements

• Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics
• Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage. Bonus points for former founders or early startup engineers
• Interest in AI/ML and the ability to quickly understand novel problems, capabilities, and architectures
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby)
• Ability to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining high quality
• Proficient in using and writing REST APIs
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers

What you'll be doing

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects utilize AI capabilities for support operations
• Understand business challenges and technical requirements of strategic customers
• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams as a trusted expert
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams for seamless customer experiences
• Contribute to evolving the Forward Deployed Software Engineering function
