Technical Support Engineering Manager - Azure AI

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience OR 5+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing people
• Language Qualification: English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking OR Fluent in German, French, Italian and confident in reading, writing and speaking English

Responsibilities

• People Management: Lead a team of product experts to solve complex customer technical issues, drive accountability, and attract/retain great people
• Response and Resolution: Manage customer relationships for Technical Support, serve as an escalation point, and remove roadblocks
• Readiness: Ensure team has technical skills needed for a great customer experience
• Product/Process Improvement: Participate in case triage meetings, identify resources for automation/tools implementation
• Business Integration: Establish engagement strategy for collaboration across teams to enhance customer experience
