Principal / Senior Telecom Engineer

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Technical leadership experience in telecommunications infrastructure
• Experience managing A/E firms through design development and project delivery
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure including copper, fiber optic, ISP, OSP, standards, and codes
• Demonstrated experience leading large capital projects

Nice to Haves

• Experience with infrastructure design and deployment for GPU-based computer environments
• Experience with outside plant (OSP) telecommunications infrastructure
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools
• Coordination experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for telecom design
• Support project-specific telecom technical design and delivery
• Manage A/E firms and consultants through design and construction phases
• Review and align ISP, SCS, OSP telecommunications designs with project requirements
• Identify technical risks and drive timely issue resolution
• Support construction teams and review project progress
