Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND proven software engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production software using C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
Experience building cloud-native or distributed systems, with an understanding of reliability, security, scalability, and service operations.
Experience working with cloud platforms, infrastructure technologies, or platform engineering concepts, including Kubernetes, containers, networking, or infrastructure automation.

Nice to Haves

Experience building automation, orchestration, or fleet management systems for large-scale cloud environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, Azure cloud services, and modern infrastructure-as-code or platform automation technologies.
Experience operating highly available distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, and safe service evolution.
Passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges through software engineering and automation.

Build and operate core platform capabilities that power large-scale, mission-critical identity and security services across Microsoft's cloud environments.
Develop automation and fleet management solutions that improve platform resilience, accelerate safe rollouts, and simplify recovery from complex production incidents.
Partner with engineering teams across Azure, Microsoft Defender, and Identity to deliver secure, reliable, and highly available platform services.
Improve platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence through engineering-driven solutions and continuous service improvement.
Design and build cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation technologies.
Use production insights and customer feedback to drive platform investments that improve scalability, performance, and developer productivity.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 1,338,000.00 - Kč 2,448,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 966,000.00 - Kč 1,727,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
