Requirements

You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, etc.)
You have proven experience in managing technical programs, preferably within an engineering team
You have a strong understanding of software lifecycle management and deployment processes
You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to run multiple complex programs smoothly
You are thriving in cross-functional collaboration and you know how to adapt your communication to stakeholders
You are highly organized and knows how to manage cross-team dependencies
You are a proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
You have strong design thinking skills and feel comfortable with actively contributing to architecture decisions
