Platform Engineer

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or DevOps Engineer
• Containerization & Cloud expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferably GKE) and Public Cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
• CI/CD & GitOps knowledge: Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with Argo CD or similar tools like Flux
• Infrastructure & Code skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and programming/scripting abilities
• Observability proficiency: Strong skills in monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus

What You'll Be Doing

• Continuous Delivery Excellence: Ensure scalability, reliability, and availability of CD platform and infrastructure using GitLab, Argo CD, GitOps
• Advanced Deployment Strategies: Design, implement, and evolve deployment strategies company-wide
• Reliability & Uptime: Champion operational standards for achieving high uptime
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring practices and resolve system issues
• Platform Evolution: Drive continuous improvement in software delivery with feature flags
