Enterprise Application Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Enterprise Applications Engineer, with a track record of owning and improving complex SaaS environments.
• Advanced administration skills across Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and HiBob.
• Solid understanding of SaaS asset management and application lifecycle management principles.
• Experience administering and integrating HiBob as an HRIS platform.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain clear, thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.

What you'll be doing

• Own and continuously improve Google Workspace environment.
• Manage and evolve Atlassian suite for effective project management.
• Administer, configure, and integrate HiBob as Mollie's HRIS platform.
• Maintain Okta for identity and access management.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations up to date.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise applications portfolio.
