Lead Security Operations Engineer

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or related discipline
• Strong development and engineering background
• Hands-on SOC and SIEM management experience
• Experience in scale-up environments
• Understanding of cloud architectures, especially AWS
• Experience using AI and/or coding automation for security controls

Nice to Haves

• Fintech, payments, fraud, or trust & safety experience
• Exposure to highly regulated environments

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and own a structured SecOps roadmap
• Lead security investigations and digital forensics
• Design, tune, and scale SIEM and logging pipeline
• Strengthen perimeter and authentication posture
• Protect sensitive data through DLP controls
• Automate detection and response workflows
• Build dashboards and reporting for visibility
• Work cross-functionally with engineers for security enhancements
