Requirements

4+ years of experience with any programming language, asynchronous message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and architecting scalable microservices.
Strong product mindset with passion for customer experience and regulatory compliance.
Ability to prioritize work with a holistic view of customer and business impact, using data-driven decisions for complex problems.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate technical and architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
Commitment to writing clean, testable, maintainable, and performant code with strong advocacy for best coding practices and rigorous code reviews.
Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, organizationally complex projects, anticipating and escalating blockers.
Extensive experience with relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization, schema design, and data lifecycle management for sensitive data.
