IT Support Specialist

About the opportunity

• At N26, our Internal IT team (IIT) is dedicated to optimizing and automating manual tasks to support the company
• We are transitioning to empower users with Mobile Device Management systems and self-service portals
• IT Support team provides world-class customer service and acts as the first point of contact for internal tech-related queries
• Encourages collaboration and harmony between core teams at all levels

In this role, you will:

• Provide IT support to N26 employees to resolve technical issues
• Support end-user devices and systems including macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS
• Manage and support N26 tools and applications like Google Workspace, Kandji, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Deliver technical support across the company
• Assist with IT onboarding and training for new employees
• Develop, update, and maintain IT documentation
• Manage hardware and software asset inventory
• Design and execute projects to enhance systems and operations
• Become familiar with basic IAM Operation tasks

What you need to be successful:

• Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload effectively
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented work style
• Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent IT support experience
• Experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems
• Strong knowledge of various operating systems and software
• Familiarity with the Google ecosystem
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Apple, Google, or Windows
• Scripting skills (e.g., Google Apps Script, PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Experience with imaging and endpoint management tools
• Knowledge of automation in Atlassian tools
• Understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance standards
