About the Opportunity

• We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Foundations team within Platform Engineering domain, Runtime Platform segment.
• The Runtime Platform segment’s mission is to provide intuitive, self-service platforms that empower product and feature engineering teams across the organization to seamlessly build, deploy, run and monitor their business applications.
• As Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core architectural bedrock of our technology platform.
• This role is a unique opportunity to define the future of our cloud ecosystem, directly impacting developer velocity, platform resilience and operational security across the entire company.

What you need to be successful

Background

• Proven experience leading high-impact platform, cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps teams in a complex, scale-up or enterprise environment.
• Deep experience in AWS cloud architecture, automated multi-account management frameworks and cloud networking baselines.
• Proven track record of transforming foundational cloud infrastructure into product-led, self-service platform solutions that enhance developer experience.
