Security Engineer – Product Security (d/f/m)

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in product security, offensive security, systems security, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of secure‑by‑default design, least privilege, authentication and authorization patterns, secrets management, dependency security, and security logging and monitoring.
• Ability to assess real‑world exploitability and attack paths by reviewing code and technical documentation.
• Experience guiding engineers on remediation strategies across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Proven ability to build trust with engineers and balance security needs with developer experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience implementing and operating security tools.
• Proactive and able to prioritize effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and evolve product security toolchain.
• Act as a trusted security partner to engineering teams.
• Drive security awareness across engineering.
• Participate in security incident response.
• Collaborate with security vendors and external researchers.
• Own and maintain security policies, guidelines, and documentation.
• Manage end‑to‑end vulnerability lifecycle.
