Staff Security Engineer (d/f/m)

Requirements

• 10+ years of security engineering experience with technical leadership
• Deep expertise in cloud-native security, AWS environments, and DevSecOps
• Practical understanding of AI/ML security risks
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear technical strategy
• Strong communicator in cross-functional environments

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as a technical pillar of the Security organisation
• Lead Personio's security response to the AI landscape
• Drive new technologies adoption within the Security organisation
• Act as a cross-functional Solver and Tech Lead to the Security leadership
• Pivoting to bring security early to new top-level initiatives
• Mentor and raise the security engineering bar
