Director of Enterprise Engineering

Requirements:

• Ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements, and excel at stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of best practices and organizational scale
• Experience with technical off-the-shelf solutions
• Knowledge of application infrastructure, technical operations, and enterprise architecture
• Experience in complex problem-solving and leading teams

Nice to haves:

• Comfortable with a "buy"-focused approach over customizing
• Experience with generative AI tools

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Enterprise Engineering
• Drive an "internal product mindset" for high-quality internal experiences
• Lead development of internal applications, portals, and workflow automation
• Drive integrations across key business systems
• Reduce manual effort through automation and workflow orchestration
• Lead enterprise architecture and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate on potential IPO maturation journey and technology evaluations
