Requirements:

• Ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
• Strong knowledge of best practices for an organization of our size
• Experience in procuring and implementing technical off-the-shelf solutions
• Experience in application infrastructure and enterprise architecture

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Enterprise Engineering
• Drive internal product mindset for high-quality internal experiences
• Lead development of internal applications, portals, and workflow automation
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams for regulatory compliance
