Senior GRC Analyst

Requirements

• Significant experience in Security GRC, including auditing processes
• Experience collaborating with various teams like engineering, risk, and compliance
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience designing metrics and reporting for GRC programs
• Background in fintech, payments industry, or IT audit
• Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, or PCI-related credentials

What you'll be doing

• Automate legacy systems related to governance, risk, and compliance
• Integrate GRC workflows with internal systems
• Design and build scalable GRC architectures
• Draft, review, and maintain security policies
• Handle security requests from customers and prospects
• Conduct third-party vendor assessments
• Track and report on compliance metrics and KPIs
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate complex, multi-team workstreams
• Contribute to the broader Cybersecurity team
