Senior GRC Analyst

Requirements

• Significant experience in Security GRC with auditing processes
• Collaborative experience with engineering, risk and compliance teams
• Understanding of cloud architectures and security controls
• Experience with compliance metrics, reporting, and AI-enabled tools
• Background in fintech, payments industry, or IT audit
• Certifications like ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, or PCI-related credentials

What You'll Be Doing

• Automate legacy systems related to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Integrate GRC workflows with internal systems for compliance support
• Design and build scalable GRC architectures and automation
• Draft, review, and maintain security policies
• Handle incoming security requests from customers and prospects
• Conduct third-party vendor assessments
• Track and report on compliance metrics and KPIs
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specifications
• Coordinate complex, multi-team workstreams
• Contribute to the broader Cybersecurity team
