Professional operations mindset coupled with practical development experience to improve systems
Degree in a numerate subject
Evidence of taking accountability for system delivery
2+ years professional experience using Python as a scripting language
Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools (e.g., TeamCity)
Experience with Apache Airflow or other industry-standard ETL/orchestration frameworks
Proficiency with enterprise version control platforms (e.g., GitLab)
Experience working in a Linux environment
Understanding and practical application of security models (e.g., RBAC)
Exposure to deployment orchestration platforms (e.g., Octopus Deploy)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and seek out process improvement opportunities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to react to changing priorities
A general interest in quantitative trading

Responsible for the operations of critical systems used by the desk
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and change requests within defined SLAs
Manage and support production deployments across all development lifecycle stages
Maintain and improve a large, distributed set of CI/CD pipelines
Extend existing pipelines and build ad-hoc or pattern-based pipelines
Identify recurring issues and implement automation or structural improvements
Update and maintain toolchains, build dependencies, and related infrastructure
