Software Engineer, Java - Marketing Tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building backend systems in a production environment
• Proficiency in Java, or another object-oriented programming language
• Experience with system design, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts
• Experience with databases (Postgres), or similar technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Build: Develop performant, reliable, and scalable backend services that power the systems that send millions of messages a day
• Collaborate: Work with product managers to translate goals into features that deliver real value for users
• Plan: Contribute to architecture discussions and design reviews to define how backend systems are built
• Own: Oversee features throughout the development lifecycle, from implementation to launch and maintenance
