Requirements:

• Solid experience in data science or a similar quantitative role, supporting and influencing product teams
• Sound understanding of experimentation beyond running it through a platform
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Ability to define, implement and operationalise product and feature-level metrics
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with metrics that are difficult to measure
• Familiarity with variance reduction techniques
• Exposure to causal inference methods
• Experience with SaaS experimentation tools
• Experience in a high-scale consumer product environment
• An interest in modern AI tooling for analysis and experimentation

• Design and analyse experiments end to end with product teams
• Turn product questions into testable hypotheses
