Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data science or a similar quantitative role
• Authoritative command of experimentation in all its forms
• Expert level proficiency in Python and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement crucial product and feature-level metrics
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive outcomes across multiple functions

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with experimentation in a marketplace setting
• Exposure to Bayesian approaches
• Experience with SaaS experimentation tools
• Experience improving experimentation practice at team or organizational level

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the experimentation and measurement strategy for your domain
