Requirements

2-6 years of experience as a SQL Server/Python/ETL Developer
Strong SQL skills including coding Stored Procedures, Functions, Scripts with SQL Server and Oracle
Proficiency in Python as the programming language of choice
Experience with MS SSIS, ETL development, and MS SSAS (DAX or MDX)
Knowledge of data modelling, especially dimensional data modelling
Familiarity with Agile methodology, code reviews, and continuous integration
Ability to understand and break down complex business requirements and communicate with stakeholders
Strong communication skills and ability to share ideas effectively
Passion and determination to make an impact and see through planned tasks to completion
Embrace AI as a first class citizen in daily work

Nice to Haves

Experience with version control tools, CI/CD, and deployment tools like git, Octopus, Jenkins
Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS or other visualization tools
Performance tuning of SQL queries
C# programming skills

Work within the Enterprise Engineering Data Platform team to extend and support existing systems
Contribute to greenfield data-centric projects aligned with the long-term vision
Collaborate with multiple business functions including Operations, Risk Management, Finance, and Investment teams
Use MS SQL Server and .NET services as core technologies
Deploy using Octopus and generate reports with in-house developed tools
Create dashboards using Streamlit, Power BI and Tableau
Engage with AI capabilities through platforms like MAIA and coding agents to automate tasks
