Sr Staff Engineer - Earner Payments & Cash Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
• 10+ years of full-time Software Engineering work experience
• Programming language (GO, Java, C++)
• Experience using AI to drive build engineering solutions more efficiently

Nice to Haves

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience building a highly scalable critical system
• Experience leading and building resilient distributed systems
• Experience providing tech leadership to a large team of engineers
• Experience building financial services or payment-related software e.g,. trading, lending, credit card, payments

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to design and implement new product ideas and business needs with scalable solutions and frameworks
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
• Technical lead responsible for the team's technical design choices, code reviews, and reliability
