Staff Data Scientist - AML

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying production-grade AI systems and Machine Learning in financial risk or fraud domains
• Technical proficiency in Python, neural networks, deep learning models, TensorFlow or PyTorch, AI agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, and MCP usage
• Data-driven mindset with experience in designing data strategies and working with big-data frameworks
• Technical leadership and mentorship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong product mindset and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models
• Mentor team members and promote adoption of AI workflows
• Develop scalable deployment strategies and integrate AI solutions
• Conduct training, hyperparameter tuning, and define performance metrics
• Design and implement data strategies
• Communicate complex data findings and document processes
