Sr Software Engineer I - Reliability

Requirements:

• A product engineering background and desire to have a big impact.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work on projects with limited context.
• Experience with microservices in a Kubernetes, cloud-based architecture.
• Hands-on Software Engineering experience (Java or other backend languages).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Application, Database, and Data related issues.
• Strong prioritization skills and effective time management.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying opportunities to optimize the performance of critical backend microservices.
• Developing org-wide resilient strategies in code.
• Working with teams to suggest best practices and improve reliability.
