Senior Software Engineer I - Europe Risk and Controls

Requirements

• 3/5+ years of experience in Java or other JVM based language, experience with Spring framework and deep understanding of JDBC and database internals
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Distributed and Concurrent Systems
• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience
• Ability to work independently on customer problems
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Great communication skills
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with test-driven development and best coding practices
• Efficient use of AI-tools

• Building controls and automations to enable Wise to expand across Europe
