Engineering Lead - Tax Experience

Requirements

• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with customers in mind
• Great communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Experience in developing web applications and distributed systems in production
• Knowledge of design patterns and writing clean, performant, and well-tested code

Nice to Haves

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and designing schemas
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and messaging systems like Kafka
• Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement
