Requirements

• Owned a large, impactful backend project end-to-end
• Deep backend fundamentals and proficiency in primary language
• Written well-tested, high-quality code
• Mentored and coached other engineers
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services

• Owning and building system components behind customer-facing insights features
• Helping shape the roadmap and delivering large projects end-to-end
• Driving incident response and owning mitigation steps
• Raising the bar across the team with code reviews and mentoring
