Requirements

• A strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritizing work with customers in mind
• Experience of Java or other JVM-based language, familiarity with Spring framework and JDBC
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Distributed and Concurrent Systems
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and schema design
• Enjoy writing testable code and believe in Test Driven Development

• Automate information collection, verification, and decision-making for faster onboarding
• Create flexible onboarding journeys that adapt to different markets and regulatory requirements
• Develop effective controls and monitoring for managing financial-crime and compliance risks
• Own projects from problem discovery to measuring impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for reliability and code quality
