Requirements

• Python & Big Data Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with Big Data pipelines (e.g., Kafka Streams, Trino).
• dbt & Airflow Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformations and Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Data Architecture Mastery: Strong background in designing scalable data architectures.
• Product & Discovery Mindset: Ability to drive solutions end-to-end based on vague problem statements.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to bridge tech, marketing, and analytics teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MarTech tools or reverse ETL setups.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML data integration practices.
• Background in fintech or fast-scaling tech platform environments.

• Drive Data Architecture & Resilience: Audit, elevate data pipelines, establish best practices.
• Build the Unified Customer View: Scale Airflow/dbt data workflows for Customer Data Platform datasets.
• Bridge Engineering & Analytics: Define standards for data ingestion, cleansing, and transformation.
• Own MarTech Infrastructure: Technological ownership of MarTech systems in-house.
• Technical Scoping & Discovery: Take ownership of complex problem spaces and propose architectural designs.
