So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.</span></p></div><p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Senior </strong><strong>Staff Engineer in the Merchant Group</strong>, you’ll tackle complex engineering challenges at scale, building the products and platforms that power how merchants run and grow their businesses with Wolt. From small local shops to large enterprise partners, you’ll help craft solutions that thousands of merchants rely on every day.</p> <p>You’ll join a dynamic, evolving area where solutions are discovered as we build. Expect to work from partial data and changing priorities - your role is to create clarity by framing problems, defining pragmatic plans, and making trade-offs that empower teams deliver value quickly while protecting long-term quality.</p> <p>You’ll set <strong>technical direction</strong> across teams, drive alignment on architecture and ways of working, and lead high-impact initiatives end-to-end. You’ll work closely with product, design, data, and operations, while mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar so we can deliver <strong>high-quality outcomes efficiently and predictably</strong>.
