Snr Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience in designing and building top-class software and APIs using modern Golang or Python
• Knowledge of grpc, FastAPI, Echo, PostgreSQL, Spark
• Understanding of building and operating scalable software services
• Experience with Postgres, Kafka, Redis
• Experience deploying services in production
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS and Kubernetes
• Ownership mindset and ability to deliver projects end-to-end
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Product-oriented and proactive problem solver

Nice to Haves:

• Understanding of marketing principles and workflows

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing internal services around marketing and consent use-cases
• Working on projects related to acquiring and engaging users, maintaining and expanding existing services, and planning new ones
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams within Wolt and DoorDash
