Approximately one to three years’ experience in Information Security.
Proficiency in at least one statically typed language; development at XTX is primarily in Golang, though previous experience in Go is not a pre-requisite. Scripting is mainly in Python.
Knowledge of how systems are built as well as how to break them.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to write clearly and succinctly.
Rapid learner with strong attention to detail.
Able to work autonomously and prioritise as required.
Willing to admit mistakes and seek feedback to improve performance.

Personal projects which you can show or talk about.
Experience playing CTFs.
Security certifications demonstrating practical ability, e.g. OSCP.
What You'll Be Doing
Engaged in requirements gathering, architecting, prototyping, and developing both internal tools and broader infrastructure in conjunction with partner teams around XTX.
Expected to work across a broad range of security roles and projects, including compliance related tasks.
