Senior DevOps Developer

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least two years working experience as an SRE Developer
• Experience with DevOps best practices, architectures, and methods
• Experience with scripting languages like Javascript, Python, Linux/Unix Shell
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Agile software development practices
• Experience with networking and security concepts
• Experience with log ingestion, monitoring, and discoverability tools (New Relic, Splunk, DataDog, BugSnag)
• Security/audit experience e.g. SOC2, FedRAMP, etc.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborating with Infrastructure & Systems teams to design and implement innovative solutions
• Driving processes like service reviews, chaos testing, incident response, etc.
• Developing scripts and tooling for deployment and configuration
• Participating in deep technical discussions for robust solutions
• Maintaining system security compliance and troubleshooting technical issues
