Requirements

• Experience with Java and/or Go
• Distributed systems engineering experience building high performance large scale systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to review architectural proposals and guide technical trade-offs in a complex product space
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with AI coding agents to produce performant and maintainable results
• Working knowledge of statistical methods such as sampling strategies, Bayesian optimization, sensor fusion, etc.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and contribute to core services for the continuous profiling product at very large scale
• Participate in multi-disciplinary squads and work closely with customers to develop impactful product experiences
• Own your code from development through production, meeting ambitious SLO and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various usages of profiling data, including UI, agentic tools, internal applications, integrations, and partner products
