Senior Software Engineer – Android

Requirements:

• Take pride in readable, well-designed, and well-tested software
• 5+ years of experience in building Android applications at scale
• Kotlin and/or Java experience
• Accomplished in scaling Android architecture
• 3+ years of experience with Android development tools like Android Studio
• Working in a cross-functional team
• Knowledge of the Android SDK and AndroidX
• Interested in writing Kotlin

What you'll be doing:

• You will improve code structure, impact architecture, and review code produced by your team
• Aim to simplify maintenance and operation of production systems, visibility, operational readiness, and health of your team's systems
• Build relationships with other engineering teams and identify collaboration opportunities
• Assist with design and technical/implementation choices and influence the roadmap within your team
• Take an active role in the hiring process, conducting engineering interviews, and supporting the personal growth of colleagues
