What You'll Be Doing

Build intuitive self-service tools to empower product teams without compromising system stability.
Architect and evolve the core technology stack including AWS, EKS, and Terraform.
Lead initiatives for system reliability such as business continuity planning and sustainable on-call rotations.
Support infrastructure for advanced privacy features like the TIME-recognized "Anonymous Mode."
Implement best-in-class observability solutions including metrics, logging, and tracing to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

15+ years experience in AWS Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles supporting high-traffic distributed environments.
Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes (K8s).
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform; coding experience in Python, Scala, or Go is beneficial.
Comfortable working across the full stack, from front-end development (React) to infrastructure engineering.
Strong communication skills with a "doc-first" mentality and experience collaborating across distributed teams.
Experience understanding and supporting AI automation impacts on development teams and software delivery lifecycles.

Experience securing infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
Background in scaling consumer technology platforms to millions of concurrent users.
Professional certifications such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD, or KCSA.
