Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts including LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models and generation of text, image, video, or audio.

Nice to haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience solving customer problems through ambiguous requirements to deliver effective technical and business solutions.
• Experience using Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dialogflow.
• Experience in prompt development, model evaluation, and creative applications of Artificial Intelligence.
• Flexibility and resilience to respond to dynamic environments and urgent business or customer needs.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with customers to understand their business challenges and co-develop custom conversational AI agents and solutions.
• Write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and contribute directly to core product codebase to resolve critical customer issues.
• Create reusable tools, documentation, accelerators, and best practices from customer engagements for organizational use.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy based on customer insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.
