AI Research Engineer - Reinforcement Learning

Requirements

• MSc in Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Automation and Control, or related field
• Hands-on experience with building, training, and deploying reinforcement learning agents
• Deep familiarity with modern RL and multi-agent RL techniques
• Experience integrating RL policies into high-performance runtime systems
• Solid software engineering skills in Python, Rust, or C++
• Excellent communication skills
• Passionate about staying up-to-date with current research in deep reinforcement learning

Nice to Have

• PhD in Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Systems, Automation and Control, or related field
• Experience with large-scale distributed RL training frameworks
• Experience in modelling and training multi-agent controllers
• Familiarity with flight dynamics or aerospace systems
• Experience deploying AI software to safety-critical production systems
