Principal Demo Engineer

Requirements

• 6+ years building software in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on AI/LLM product experience
• Strong full-stack chops with TypeScript and backend language proficiency
• Deep familiarity with SDKs, RESTful APIs, and SaaS integrations
• Experience with agentic coding tools and design sensibility
• An eye for demo effectiveness in closing deals

Nice to Haves

• Background in customer support or CX tooling
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tooling at scale
• Experience with multi-tenant demo or sandbox environments
• Previous roles bridging engineering and revenue

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end
• Build demo features into Fin
• Utilize AI to prepare demos
• Empower SEs with tools and templates
• Show Fin across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with Enablement and product teams
• Stay ahead of the product roadmap
• Codify successful approaches for GTM org
