Cloud Solution Architect - Azure SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• Azure IaaS related experience is required with expertise in Azure IaaS, Storage, Networking, Compute, and high availability and disaster recovery features for IaaS components.
• Working experience with developing, debugging, performance tuning, and supporting Azure services and technologies including Azure Web Apps, Azure PaaS, AKS, Key Vault, Managed Service Identity, and more.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, exceptional customer service skills, and flexibility in communication at technical and business levels.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to engage with various audiences, including technical professionals, executives, and management.
• Ability to handle critical technical issues and difficult support situations.
• Certification in Microsoft and other Cloud Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Support Mission Critical Service offerings in collaboration with various teams to ensure customer success.
• Lead Proactive Resiliency Efforts, Incident Resolution, and Monitoring & Observability for customers' workloads.
• Coordinate with other teams to enhance customer experience and drive customer-owned monitoring.
• Build partnerships with internal teams for effective cross-delivery organizational outcomes.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in Dev Ops, Azure Web Apps/App Services, Azure PaaS, Service Fabric, AKS, and others.
