Technical Support Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience OR 5+ years of operational excellence, delivery management, account management, sales, or vendor management experience OR equivalent experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing people
• Language Qualification: English Language - confident in reading, writing, and speaking OR Fluent in German, French, Italian, and confident in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

• People Management: Lead a team of product experts resolving customer technical issues
• Response and Resolution: Manage customer relationships and act as an escalation point
• Readiness: Ensure team has technical skills needed for customer experience
• Product/Process Improvement: Implement automation and tools for product feedback
