Technical Support Advisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership
• 3+ years system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting experience
• 3+ years of prior product, customer support, and/or technical support experience
• Product knowledge of Microsoft Purview in different areas like Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, eDiscovery, etc.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure engineer readiness for timely case resolution
• Perform case reviews and customer wellness checks
• Mentor engineers for effective collaboration
• Contribute to customer self-help initiatives and process improvement
