Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (F/M/D)

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Experience working across frontend and backend systems
• Backend experience with languages such as Kotlin, Java, Node.js, or similar
• Experience building modern frontend applications (React or similar frameworks)
• Ability to deliver user-facing features end-to-end
• Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams

Nice to haves

• Experience building customer-facing SaaS products
• Experience working with complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces

What You'll Be Doing

• Build full stack features that make payroll management intuitive and transparent for customers
• Design and implement backend services that surface the right data at the right moment
• Build flexible data views that allow customers to slice and dice payroll data to fit their needs
• Develop payroll task management tools that keep users in control of every step of the payroll process
• Improve the usability and clarity of payroll workflows, reducing friction and building customer confidence
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to craft experiences that delight users
• Ensure high performance and reliability across all customer-facing payroll features
• Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of the payroll product experience
