Requirements

• Solid experience as an Engineering Manager with meaningful people leadership impact
• Strong hands-on technical depth in authentication and authorization domains and standards
• Architectural credibility and experience guiding teams through technical complexity
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clear and consistent communication
• A bias for action and ability to lead through ambiguity

Nice to Have

• Background as a software architect or staff-level engineer
• Experience operating in security or compliance-sensitive domains
• Experience scaling teams while maintaining delivery quality

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for identity, authentication, and authorization
• Drive delivery and outcomes for the Authentication & Authorization team
• Successfully roll out a new identity platform across Enterprise offerings
• Define and execute a pragmatic migration strategy between SMB legacy service and Enterprise architecture
• Partner closely with Product, Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams
• Stay close to technology and architecture while guiding the team through complex trade-offs
• Continuously improve software development practices and team dynamics
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team
