Requirements

• Solid experience as an Engineering Manager (or equivalent people-lead role)
• Strong hands-on technical depth in authentication and authorisation domains and standards
• Architectural credibility and track record of guiding teams through technical complexity
• Strong stakeholder management
• Bias for action

• Background as a software architect or staff-level engineer
• Experience in security or compliance-sensitive domains
• Experience scaling teams

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for identity, authentication, and authorisation
• Drive delivery and outcomes for the Authentication & Authorisation team
• Successfully roll out a new identity platform
• Define and execute a migration strategy
• Update legacy auth services
• Partner closely with various teams
• Stay close to the technology and architecture
• Continuously improve how software is built
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team
