Requirements:

Experience: Significant, relevant professional software development experience with Rust programming language, and/or complex Rust pet projects.
Desktop software development: Experience in developing software for desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), working on user interface and business logic.
Product mindset: Focus on offering outstanding user experience in a successful business environment. Familiarity with key business and product performance metrics.
Engineering leadership: Ability to make architectural decisions, contribute to strategic planning and product directions, and develop scalable engineering solutions.
Collaborative skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent written communication skills, and experience in a distributed team setting.
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot customer issues remotely while protecting user's privacy, and proactive solution implementation.
Security focus: Understanding of secure coding practices and commitment to maintaining high levels of security and privacy.
Bachelor's or Master's degree: In Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
