Agentic Software Engineer

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or operating multi-agent or LLM-agent systems in a real production setting
• Experience building evaluation or verification systems for AI-generated changes
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in Java and Spring
• A track record of owning complex, ambiguous technical problems independently
• Experience influencing engineers and squads you don't manage

What You'll Be Doing

• Spend time designing, building, and iterating on agentic tooling
• Build and refine the verification layer for agents
• Work hands-on in Java/Spring codebase
• Partner closely with other squads
• Contribute to Architecture Decision Records and standards
• Track and evaluate emerging agent frameworks
