Forward Deployed Integration Engineer, Professional Services

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering or integration engineering role
• Ability to write and debug code in languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, or similar
• Comfortable with code-level debugging and problem-solving
• Strong technical background in SQL, data structures, and algorithms
• Understanding of payments domain and API security principles
• Experience leading technical conversations and explaining product features
• User-first mindset and mapping business requirements to technical solutions
• Confident in engaging with users and leading strategic discussions

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for large users
• Lead strategic technical conversations

• Provide deep technical support and debugging
• Review and optimize existing user integrations
• Develop tools and analytics for user business reviews
• Build reusable processes and shared knowledge for the team
