Cloud Governance Advisor II

Requirements:

• Experience managing a Cloud Governance model within a multi-cloud environment in any regulated industry
• Experience assessing controls, identifying gaps, and implementing remedial measures in an internal platform engineering organization
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, secure DevOps/DevSecOps practices
• Ability to analyze complex issues in a data-driven manner
• Expertise in communicating technical information to stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages, such as Python

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain and contribute to the definitions of Cloud Governance policies and KPIs
• Ensure compliance of the cloud platform and present to regulators and other stakeholders
• Partner with platform engineering functions to prioritize work and manage risk
• Provide transparent reporting to senior management on the overall risk position of the cloud platform
• Support effective controls implementation and evaluate existing controls
• Contribute to sustainability reporting on carbon emissions within the cloud
